✨ About The Role
- The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound cold calling campaigns, making 80+ calls per day.
- The role involves managing open campaigns and sequences via email, tasks, and call completion.
- The SDR will contact and qualify inbound leads, complete needs assessments, and schedule demos for sales consultants.
- Identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products and services is a key responsibility.
- The position requires proactive seeking of new business opportunities in the market.
- The SDR will report on sales results to the Sales Development Supervisor on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Staying up to date with new products, services, and pricing/payment plans is necessary for effective sales.

- The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a customer service-related role is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for connecting with potential clients.

- Experience with HubSpot is preferred, indicating familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems.
