ServiceTitan is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Everboarding/Global Programming Sales Enablement Manager to own and strategically develop our comprehensive sales content curriculum. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining all learning paths, resources, and materials that empower our global XDR teams to achieve peak performance throughout their entire journey with ServiceTitan, from initial onboarding through continuous professional development.
This role requires a deep understanding of sales methodologies, adult learning principles, content strategy, and program management. You will be a key driver in ensuring our sales force is consistently equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to effectively articulate ServiceTitan's value.
What You'll Do:
Content Strategy & Ownership:
Define and execute the overall content strategy for ServiceTitan's global XDR enablement curriculum.
Own the end-to-end content development process, from needs assessment and instructional design to content creation, review, and deployment.
Curriculum Design & Development:
Design and build comprehensive learning paths and programs for SDRs, focusing on both foundational "everboarding" knowledge and advanced skill development.
Create a diverse range of enablement content, including but not limited to: XDR playbooks, technical trainings, product training
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across strategy, SDR leadership, and operations to extract critical information and translate it into actionable sales enablement content.
Leverage various content formats (e.g., e-learning modules, videos, interactive exercises, workshops, guides) to cater to diverse learning styles.
Program Management & Delivery:
Manage the content lifecycle from inception to retirement, including version control, updates, and archiving.
Work closely with the Sales Enablement team and functions to ensure seamless content delivery through our learning management system (LMS) and other enablement platforms.
Develop and implement mechanisms for content feedback, continuous improvement, and iteration based on XDR team performance and business needs.
Support the creation of facilitator guides and training-of-trainer (TOT) programs for in-person or virtual training sessions.
Performance Measurement & Optimization:
Trusted business partner
Utilize data and feedback to continuously optimize content and curriculum, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
Regularly communicate the impact of enablement content to stakeholders.
Collaboration & Communication:
Be an ambassador for the XDR Organization
Act as a central point of contact for all sales content-related inquiries and requests.
Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including XDR Leadership and Revenue Operations.
Proactively communicate content updates, new resources, and curriculum changes to the global XDR organization.
What You'll Bring:
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, instructional design, content development, or a related field, with a strong focus on building and owning content curriculum.
Proven experience developing sales enablement content for a B2B SaaS company, preferably in a high-growth environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and actionable sales content.
Strong instructional design skills and a solid grasp of adult learning principles.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and sales enablement platforms.
Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, graphic design tools, video editing software).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform content strategy and measure impact.
Proactive, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for enabling sales success.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
Bonus Points:
Experience with the trades industry or field service software.
Certifications in sales methodologies or instructional design.

The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $85,700 USD - $114,600 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity, and a holistic suite of benefits.
