Sales Lead Coordinator

Service Champions is currently seeking a Sales Lead Coordinator to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Sales Lead Coordinators work closely with the field team to coordinate and schedule our clients with our outside sales team. Because of the nature of this work, building a symbiotic relationship with the field staff will be critical. This team member will primarily interact with clients and fellow team members over the phone and route calls for our outside sales team. Successful agents will have a learning mindset and leverage the team around them to grow & develop their technical and routing skills. Hours of operation Mon. - Fri., 7AM - 7PM, Sat. & Sun. 8Am - 5PM.

Responsibilities

This position will work closely with the field team to coordinate and schedule our clients with our outside sales team. Because of the nature of this work, building a symbiotic relationship with the field staff will be critical. This team member will primarily interact with clients and fellow team members over the phone route calls for our outside sales team. Successful agents will have a learning mindset and leverage the team around them to grow & develop their technical and routing skills.

  • Know and live up to Service Champions core values at all times.
  • Strategically routing calls to the right service technicians
  • Working with Comfort Advisors to ensure that they arrive to their jobs on-time and prepared
  • Booking high-quality estimates by asking intuitive questions and collecting non-negotiable information.
  • Creating urgency with technicians and clients to run leads same or next day
  • Proactively filling in or rescheduling same-day appointments with clients
  • Completing audits/reports daily to help manage the business.

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform high priority duties daily.
  • Focused on quality and results driven, attention to detail.
  • Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of the business.
  • Be able to work independently and in a team.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
  • Strong time-management skills – able to manage many tasks with short deadlines.
  • Excellent communication & rapport-building skills – working with clients, field team, general managers, Install team, and finance team.
  • Service Titan experience preferred, not required
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language.
