Job Description

As a member of our Solution Consulting team (Pre-Sales team), you will have a major impact on our future success by driving roadmaps and sales cycles together with your Account Executives at our most strategic customers in Public sector. In this role you will lead the ServiceNow strategy and orchestrate actions with Specialist Solution Sales, Professional Services, and Product Management to increase customer success.

What you get to do in this role:

We are looking for a pre-sales professional with the advanced ability to develop, position and provide product specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving our sales goals.

  • Drive solution sales with enthusiasm as a technical expert of a client-facing sales team
  • Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' and prospects' challenges and give solution demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs
  • Build and envision long term ServiceNow roadmaps with your customer to meet their strategic objectives
  • Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues
  • Ensure solution adoption for customers, in close collaboration with implementation partners and other stakeholders
  • Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs and provide additional value
  • Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
  • Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 5+ years' experience in a pre-sales solution consulting, sales consultant, technical sales, sales engineer, or solution engineer role.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
  • A passion for technology and translating technology into business impact for customers.
  • A commercial can-do attitude with focus on both customer retainment and new business.
  • Strong relationship skills to build trusted relationships internally and externally.
  • Experience in mastering the art of Storytelling.
  • Proven ability to inspire customers and turn this into actionable strategies and real outcomes.
  • Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • A desire to Win As A Team.
  • 3+ years' experience in Public sector (is a plus).
  • Professional working proficiency in Dutch.
  • Flexibility to travel, as necessary.
