About The Role
As a senior enterprise account executive, you'll drive new business revenue for ServiceNow. We're looking for a seasoned sales professional to take on a challenging and high-impact territory with significant growth potential. This is more than just a sales role; it's about being a strategic partner to some of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies, helping them transform their business and IT operations.
This is a hunter role. Your mission is to secure new sales from an AI SaaS / Hybrid Platform model within a defined territory of major pharmaceutical accounts.
What You'll Do
Lead The Sales Cycle: You'll oversee all aspects of the sales process, from initial account planning and territory strategy to developing relationships with C-suite executives (CFO, CIO, COO, CDO).
Build Strategic Partnerships: Act as a trusted advisor to your customers, deeply understanding their business challenges and showing them how ServiceNow can solve their most pressing issues and support their IT roadmap.
Orchestrate A Virtual Team: Lead and coordinate a broad team of experts—including solutions consultants, specialists, partners, and marketing—to deliver a unified, strategic approach to each account.
Navigate Complex Organizations: You will excel at working with procurement and other internal customer teams. You will have the confidence and experience to negotiate and maintain appropriate business terms, even when facing internal political challenges.
Drive Revenue Growth: You will own a territory with install base of product and large TAM as you expand your footprint within your accounts.
What We're Looking For
Sales Experience: You have a strong track record of success in enterprise software sales, with a deep understanding of SaaS models. While specific healthcare or life sciences experience is a plus, your ability to sell into large, complex enterprise customers is most critical.
Skills: You are a skilled negotiator and a strategic thinker. You can manage large, multi-million dollar deals and navigate complex political landscapes within a customer's organization.
Location: This position is for an East Coast-based candidate, with a strong preference for someone in the new jersey or new york metro areas to best serve clients.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $136,600 - $185,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive on target earnings (ote) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan with company match, espp, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
