What You'll Do

  • Own the first impression: Answer inbound calls/chats fast, with empathy and urgency.
  • Qualify + convert: Ask smart questions, set expectations, and close the intake to a scheduled inspection—speed-to-lead is everything.
  • Set up the job right: Capture complete details (loss type, scope, access, decision maker, insurance info) and book the right team/timeframe.
  • Coordinate the handoff: Seamless transition to operations/sales; no dropped balls.
  • Document like a pro: Log every interaction in the CRM, clean and complete.
  • Improve the playbook: Spot gaps, suggest tweaks, and help us level up scripts, templates, and workflows.

What Success Looks Like (KPIs)

  • ⏱ Speed-to-lead: under 60 seconds on new inquiries
  • Qualified-to-scheduled conversion: 80%+
  • Data hygiene: 100% complete/accurate CRM entries
  • CSAT/Review mentions: positive customer feedback tied to your calls
