Job Description

Responsible for the attention and management of all leads that arrive at SGS with the objective of ensuring the concretion of sales.

Requirements

  • Guarantee the fulfillment of the monthly sales quota assigned.
  • Understanding of the value proposition and service portfolio of its business unit.
  • Responsible for managing the assigned leads, as well as achieving the understanding of the needs of the clients to offer solutions and convert them into telephone or web sales.
  • Formulate the commercial proposals of each project in Salesforce or equivalent system.
  • Request high documents from the client and deliver them to the customer care for the client's registration in CRM or Salesforce as appropriate (Complete information required).
  • Negotiation of credit days with the new client.
  • Create the TRF or equivalent (Complete and correct information).
  • Present the customer care in charge of the account to the client.
  • Complete the information of the commercial opportunities within our Salesforce system or equivalent.
  • Keep the commercial agreements of the area updated.
  • Signature of the contract and follow-up on the collection.
  • Reassignment of leads in case it is a more complex proposal (volume, scope or from another area).
  • Search for synergy with other SGS subsidiaries for the elaboration of proposals/quotations.
  • Recovery of the client portfolio.

Additional Information

Education: Graduated in administration, chemical engineering, food, industrial, automotive, mining or related fields.

At least 6 months of experience working in a call center, providing customer service and sales by phone.
