The Inside Sales Representative manages inbound sales and marketing leads and achieving sales targets in a designated territory. They are responsible for account management, increasing sales within existing account base and executing marketing and communication initiatives.
Responsibilities include: soliciting, qualifying, and closing new business; coordinating with VP Marketing to strategize marketing initiatives; collaborating with management and customer care team; managing sales and marketing leads; tracking sales metrics; partnering with Operations team on sales process improvement; preparing proposals and contracts; attending sales group meetings; assisting field Sales staff; promoting service and brand image; adhering to internal standards; and performing other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required: Associate degree and 3+ years of sales experience OR high school diploma and 5+ years in the Certification Services industry. Minimum 1-2 years in Sales or client facing role. Preferred experience in certification industry, CRM system, advanced communication skills, customer service focus, teamwork, time management, pressure handling, and English proficiency.
