The Sales Director is the senior leader responsible for driving Sharetown's overall sales performance. Managing a team of Sales Managers and supporting their teams of Sales Support Agents and independent reps, the Sales Director focuses on strategy, execution, and accountability to ensure sales goals are consistently achieved. This role combines visionary leadership with hands-on performance management to accelerate growth, move inventory at scale, and build a motivated, high-performing sales organization.
Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers, providing direction, coaching, and accountability.
Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and drive profitable inventory movement.
Translate company initiatives into actionable plans that Sales Managers can implement with their teams.
Partner with the Inventory and Operations teams to ensure seamless product flow that supports sales demand.
Own regional and national sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement across all teams.
Monitor KPIs including inventory turnover, sales conversion, rep productivity, and regional growth.
Analyze performance trends and implement corrective actions to address gaps.
Leverage inventory, incentives, pricing strategies, and corporate initiatives to accelerate sales.
Coach Sales Managers on leadership and rep development skills.
Create a culture of continuous improvement, holding managers accountable for moving good reps to great, and great reps to exceptional.
Ensure consistent use of the Sales Playbook and adherence to best practices across all regions.
Provide career development opportunities to build bench strength for future leadership roles.
Build and sustain a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, recognition, and competition.
Consistently celebrate team and individual wins to reinforce engagement and morale.
Drive adoption of corporate programs, initiatives, and incentives throughout all sales levels.
