Inside Sales Consultant

We're looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Consultant to help drive sales across our Consumer Brands portfolio within the UK Trade & DIY Business Unit. You'll manage a portfolio of distributors, retailers, and trade merchants across a variety of channels — including direct, wholesale, and indirect routes to market.

This is a customer-facing role, primarily conducted via phone and email, with occasional field-based support for customer events.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across multiple channels
  • Drive sales growth for our brands and products
  • Support customer events when required
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery

What we're looking for:

  • A proactive communicator with a passion for sales
  • Experience in B2B environments or trade channels is an advantage
  • Experience with Salesforce and enjoy sales!
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
