The Inside Sales Manager - Healthcare oversees a professional sales team within a designated territory, developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals and quotas. This role involves managing team performance through recruitment, training, and motivation, while profiling new business opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Inside Sales Manager coordinates activities to ensure team success, oversees pipeline management, resolves escalations, and collaborates with Marketing to drive sales initiatives and brand awareness.
Responsibilities include managing and overseeing a professional sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, leading, motivating, coaching, and managing team performance, profiling, qualifying, and prospecting new business opportunities, developing and delivering effective sales presentations, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with partners and key customers, coordinating activities and providing support and training to ensure team success, overseeing and ensuring accurate pipeline management, acting as a point of contact for customer escalations, and collaborating with Marketing to create brand awareness.

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 which includes a base salary and commissions. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
