Shingle & Gibb Outbound Sales Representative performs remote sales and is responsible for generating revenue to achieve annual goals within an assigned market area by prospecting new accounts, retaining existing accounts and increasing opportunities with existing customers. The OBSR will drive sales and further progress our business as a distributor and leader in the high technology controls and automation world. The OBSR will exude a passion for the customer by exceeding their expectations and building strong partnerships with current and prospective clients. Job Requirements
Education: High School Degree or equivalent is required. Bachelor's Degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field is required. Or, equivalent industry experience.
Experience: 1-3 years of Industrial Automation Sales Experience is required. Experience using CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce is required.
Required Skills: Results driven. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Basic understanding of internet access and streaming. Strong social media skills on all platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer/ Client focus. Problem Solving/ Analyses. Technology fluent in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Work Environment: As a description of the Outbound Sales Department, the Outbound Sales Representative is required to work from a Shingle office location. There will be times that most of the work will be completed in an office setting and a workspace will be provided including, but not limited to a iPad, computer, phone.

Travel: The Outbound Sales Representative should expect limited overnight travel.

Compensation Details: The expected starting rate of pay for this position is $45,000 annually depending on experience. This position is also bonus eligible based on specific and relevant business metrics.
