Chez Shyfter, we offer a practical solution that allows restaurant, hotel, retail, or healthcare managers to take control of their time by digitizing management of schedules and staff.
Our presence is strong in Belgium and France, but this is just the beginning. We are now preparing to conquer Europe, with Spain and the Netherlands as our next strategic steps.
As an SDR, you are at the forefront of commercial development. You are the first voice our prospects hear. And you love it.
Tasks
Your missions (if you accept them):
- Cold calling prospects from highly qualified lists on the French market.
- Qualifying leads: quickly understand the stakes of a prospect and identify the best opportunities for AEs.
- Being the right hand of the Account Executives: you pass the hot leads, you prepare the ground.
- Use modern tools (Hubspot, Kaspr, Lusha, etc.) to generate and follow up opportunities.
- Set objectives, exceed them, and start again.
- Participate actively in the improvement of scripts and approach strategies.
Required Skills
The profile we are looking for:
- You love the phone and you have no fear of cold calling.
- You want an intensive, training, and rewarding job.
- You want to earn more than your base salary (uncapped commission).
- You are autonomous, determined, competitive.
- You can take "no" and bounce back at every objection.
- You want to work in a tech SaaS startup in hyper-growth.
- We are not looking for seniors, mediors, juniors, we are looking for hunters!

- A CDI of 30 to 43K€ OTE at 100% of objective (monthly fixed).
- Fixed salary + uncapped commissions from the first sale.
