The Siemens Healthineers Sales Academy Development Program allows you to get paid to learn!

Our comprehensive, experiential, "hands on" 10-month training program will set you up for success in the Med-Tech industry. Successful completion of our program will provide you the opportunity to earn a position as an Account Executive (or similar) at Siemens Healthineers or Varian. Our industry is thriving, and the future is bright. Become a part of the team who helps build relationships with customers, helping them to navigate the evolving healthcare landscape.

In this program you will have the opportunity to learn hands-on:

• Relationship building

• In-depth product & industry knowledge

Some things to know:

• Temporary, company-sponsored relocation to our Malvern, PA, Headquarters for one year is required.
• 40% travel to training facilities and for onsite job shadowing weeks.
• The intention of this program is to create opportunities for early-career sales professionals to join our organization and grow their careers with us.
• Must be open to company sponsored relocation and placement in a sales region/territory anywhere in the U.S. after program completion.

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

• Bachelor's degree
• Majors: Business Administration or similar – focus in sales strongly preferred
• Proven interest in healthcare industry or clinical space
• Graduation Date: Must graduate by the program start date, but no earlier than May, 2024
• Minimum GPA: 3.0
• Work Authorization: We are unable to consider candidates who require visa sponsorship now or in the future for this program
