Position Summary

The Sales Administration Professional provides operational and administrative support to sales and service organizations by administering the Shareville CRM platform and managing vendor-related commercial processes. The role ensures smooth execution of sales operations through accurate system administration, vendor onboarding and maintenance, purchase order (PO) processing, and compliance with internal procurement and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shareville Administration: Act as Shareville system administrator for the assigned region or business line, ensuring data quality and adherence to CRM processes; Manage user access, roles, and authorizations in coordination with IT and Commercial Excellence; Support sales and service teams with opportunity, account, and quotation data accuracy and troubleshooting; Coordinate incident tickets and change requests related to Shareville.
  • Vendor Management & Master Data: Create, update, and maintain vendor records in accordance with internal approval and governance processes; Coordinate vendor onboarding including documentation and compliance validation; Act as an interface between Sales, Procurement, Finance, and external vendors.
  • Purchase Order (PO) Processing: Create, issue, and manage purchase orders for third-party vendors; Ensure PO accuracy, appropriate approvals, and timely processing; Support invoice matching and PO-related issue resolution.
  • Compliance & Process Support: Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and sales administration standards; Maintain documentation related to vendor creation, PO issuance, and Shareville activities; Support continuous improvement of sales administration processes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in sales administration, CRM administration, or commercial operations support.
  • Hands-on experience with vendor management and purchase order processing.
  • Familiarity with ERP and financial systems is an asset.

The expected compensation for this position is:

$62,500 - $89,000

Factors which may affect starting compensation within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
