✨ About The Role
- Responsible for generating meaningful pipeline by driving interest with prospective customers on how Sift can positively impact their business
- Conduct high volume prospecting, including personalized social & email touches, as well as making 40-50 calls a day
- Set up discovery calls for SMB/Mid-Market/Enterprise Account Executives to further engage with potential customers
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to support successful campaigns and represent the Sift brand at industry conferences
- Opportunity to develop core sales skills and technical acumen through the company's career development program

- Prior experience in sales, particularly in SaaS, tech, or startup environments, with at least 1 year of experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for engaging with prospective customers
- Ability to work in a results-oriented environment and thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Desire to build a career in software and technology sales, with a passion for sales and customer impact
- Comfortable using sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn to drive sales activities and engagement
