As a Sales Representative in the CMC & GM business unit, you will be responsible for the promotion and sale of products and services aimed at health professionals in your assigned territory. Your focus will be on driving demand in a specific route, meeting the established business objectives.

Your Role:

• Design and execute Action Plans to achieve the established business objectives.
• Manage resources efficiently, ensuring their proper use and in strict compliance with our internal policies.
• Implement activities defined by Marketing, both inside and outside medical offices (one-on-one interviews, training workshops, among others).
• Control, promote, and sell products and services at assigned points of sale, ensuring the achievement of the objectives of your route.
• Apply promotion tools and market analysis, following the company's sales technique and respecting Compliance norms and processes.
• Maintain a high level of communication to identify opportunities and resolve problems in the assigned route.
• Experience in the metabolic area (desirable).
• Knowledge of the market related to endocrinologists, internists, general practitioners, and geriatricians, especially in the Colonia Americana area (desirable).

Your Profile:

• Professional degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry Biology, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• VEEVA management (desirable).
• Analysis of pharmaceutical data and audit of prescriptions.
• Interpretation of DDD (sales audit).
• Availability to travel to Ciudad Cuauhtémoc and Ciudad Delicias.
