Your Responsibilities:

• Support in the strategic and operational execution of sales activities, space utilisation, and profitability
• Optimisation of contracting processes and sales systems
• Revenue control and planning efficiency
• Close collaboration with Revenue Management and Sales Team
• Independent handling of customer arrangements, site inspections, and event bookings
• Management and oversight of contracting processes for group, conference, and event bookings
• Review of event contracts and ensuring compliance with all customer agreements
• Delegation of customer inquiries within the team and monitoring of execution and processing
• Contribution to the development of annual business plans and budgets
• Participation in and facilitation of internal meetings
• Support of marketing and sales initiatives and client acquisition
• Preparation of presentations and reports
• Personnel management and duty scheduling

What are we looking for?

• Experience in an equivalent leadership role in the Groups, Meetings & Events sector or as a GM&E Contract Manager / Planner with several years of professional experience in the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets in the GM&E area and driving revenue growth
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities
• Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
• Strong presentation skills
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities
