The Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista and Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace Hotel Complex is looking for their next Complex Senior Sales Manager.
Located in the Disney Springs® area, Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista and Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace are ideal for meetings and events. Just steps apart, these two properties offer a combined 1,826 guest rooms and over 200,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, making them a convenient and versatile option for conferences of all sizes.
Our ideal candidate has at least three years of senior-level sales experience in the pharmaceutical vertical, focused on mid- to large-size organizations. They have a strong track record selling in complex, highly regulated environments and are skilled in navigating challenging contracting processes and interpreting detailed legal terms. They understand pharmaceutical market dynamics, can assess business opportunities, build senior-level client relationships, and move deals forward within large organizations. They bring sound judgment, strategic insight, and communicate confidently with clients while collaborating effectively with internal legal and compliance teams.
This role is an in-office position. However, in rare cases, the hotel may evaluate a hybrid or remote arrangement for an exceptionally high-performing candidate who significantly exceeds all qualifications. Such consideration is not guaranteed.
Pay Range: This is salaried role and the position qualifies to be part of the Hilton Sales Incentive plan that is paid quarterly, based on performance.
Shift Pattern: Typical office hours of 8:30AM – 5:00 PM with required flexibility to adjust schedules for early mornings or late evenings on all days based on client engagement for the hotel.

This role requires strong sales, communication, and networking skills. The ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and then apply a disciplined approach to qualify, negotiate and secure new revenue for the hotel.
Customer and Account Management: Apply strong sales skills to create customer value. Differentiate Hilton from the competition and bring clear value to customers and the organizations they represent.
Prospecting: Demonstrate a mastery of the prospecting process. Identify potential customers. Prepare and implement your call strategy.
Negotiations: Understand the customer and the business leaders expectations. Adapt to a changing market.
Customer and Account Management:
Actively engage with Hilton Worldwide Sales, Convention Bureau and Intermediaries to retain existing customers and secure new business for the Hotel.
