As Cluster GC&E Sales Manager you are responsible for the economic success and the revenue and profit maximization of our three Hilton hotels in Vienna. You represent our hotels to customers and negotiation partners and convince with your professional and committed appearance.
With your passion for the hospitality industry you ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of guests and customers, taking into account the defined standards.
Other tasks you undertake include:
- Selling rooms, event spaces and services
- Drafting offers and contracts according to customer/guest requirements
- Managing and coordinating event/room bookings
- Independently conducting professional house tours and detail agreements with customers
- Correct, efficient and timely communication with customers/guests and employees
- Timely creation and distribution of BEOs, Alterations, Daily, etc.
- Welcoming, attending to and bidding farewell to customers/guests
- Conducting de-briefs after the event
- Checking (deposit) invoices for completeness and timely payment
- Compliance with all Hilton sales guidelines and deadlines
- Creation of all required reports and statistics
- Correct and complete entry of required data and activities in specific computer systems
- Participation and support of marketing activities such as BBOB Calls, Sales Blitz, etc.
- Participation in regular communication meetings (C&E / BD / Hotel)
Aside from your passion for the hospitality industry and your team spirit, you bring the following:
- Appropriate tourism education and several years of experience
- A strategic and forward-thinking approach, as well as strong analytical skills to recognize and respond to competitive trends
- Goal-oriented work
- Excellent time management
- Ability to complete tasks within clear deadlines and set priorities
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Self-confident and well-groomed appearance
- Flexibility and openness to new challenges
- Excellent German and English skills in speech and writing, additional foreign languages are an advantage
- High customer orientation and willingness to provide services
- Desire to take on responsibility in the relevant area of activity and show performance readiness and high self-motivation
Your monthly gross minimum salary (according to the collective agreement for full-time employees in the hotel and catering industry) is from € 2,850.00 (all-in), with a guarantee of overpayment depending on qualification.
