The Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is looking for their next Sales Manager to join their team. The hotel is neatly situated near Baltimore's scenic Inner Harbor, and adjacent to Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Directly linked to over a million additional square feet of space by covered pedestrian sky bridge to the Baltimore Convention Center. This property features 757 guestrooms and over 100,000 square feet of meeting space with their largest room being 26,712 square feet.
Our ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a hotel sales role and demonstrate a strong track record of motivation and performance. We're looking for someone who shows solid tenure in both current and past positions, reflecting reliability and commitment. The right individual will be driven to exceed goals, build lasting client relationships, and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
Pay Range: Starting range is $65,000.00 – 70,000.00 based on experience. This role qualifies to be eligible for a quarterly sales incentive based on performance.
Shift Pattern: This role is primarily Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm with the ability to be flexible with their time to accommodate any client engagement events and site inspections.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
This role requires strong sales, communication, and networking skills. The ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and then apply a disciplined approach to qualify, negotiate and secure new revenue for the hotel.
Customer and Account Management - Apply strong sales skills to create customer value. Differentiate Hilton from the competition and bring clear value to customers and the organizations they represent.
Prospecting - Demonstrate a mastery of the prospecting process. Identify potential customers. Prepare and implement your call strategy.
Negotiations - Understand the customer and the business leaders expectations. Adapt to a changing market.
Customer and Account Management:
Actively engage with Hilton Worldwide Sales, Convention Bureau and Intermediaries to retain existing customers and secure new business for the Hotel.
