As a (Senior) Sales Manager MICE (m/w/d) you are responsible for the development and new acquisition of customers, support your team and take over the following tasks for the Hilton Hotels Austria:

• Contribution to the optimal economic success of the hotels short term & long term

• Optimization of the portfolio to achieve the growth goals of the hotels

• Support & new customer acquisition of the assigned customer portfolio in all "Sales Managed" segments with focus on MICE

• Management of the assigned customer portfolio

• Independent organization of sales trips & trade fair visits

• Constant observation of the market and the competition

• Co-responsibility of all sales-promoting measures for the assigned area

• Co-responsibility for smooth operations in the department and the team

Apart from your passion for the hospitality industry and your team spirit, you bring the following:

• Adequate touristic training and several years of experience

• A strategic and forward-looking working method, as well as pronounced analytical skills to recognize and respond to competition trends

• Goal-oriented working method

• Excellent time management and adherence to clear deadlines

• Communication and negotiation skills

• Self-confident and well-groomed appearance

• You are flexible and open to new challenges

• You have excellent German and English skills in speech and writing, additional foreign languages are an advantage
