This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Specification Sales Specialist in Istanbul - Metropol with Signify.

• Manage and develop relationships with specifier accounts, leveraging your lighting application expertise.
• Build strong partnerships with architects, lighting designers, and project firms to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Proactively follow up on project pipelines and provide both technical and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage with projects at the earliest stages to influence design decisions and increase Signify specifications.

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

• Minimum 8 years of lighting design experience across a wide range of projects, including at least 3 years in active account management.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a complex ecosystem of specifiers, partners, and stakeholders to drive project success.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or architecture (preferred specialization: Lighting Design and LED Technology).
• Master's degree with Lighting Design will be a plus.
• Lighting certification and/or equivalent experience will be a plus
• Experience in stadium and tunnel lighting projects is a plus.
• Fluent English and Turkish (both written and spoken) is obligatory.
• Expert-level knowledge of AutoCAD is required; Revit experience is a plus.
• Expert-level knowledge of Dialux Evo is required; Relux or other lighting design software is a plus.
• Photoshop proficiency is a must; skills in 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar visualization tools are a plus.
• Knowledge of lighting control systems and building automation is an advantage.
• Proven track record in creating innovative and effective lighting designs and layouts
• Creativity; excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact with others in a professional and ethical manner
• Flexible and self-motivated team player
