Start: immediately (20 hours per week)

More about the role: As a student, you will be part of the Sales Support Team in Hamburg, responsible for operational process improvements, organization of all processes and tasks surrounding our largest B2C customers. This responsibility extends end-to-end, meaning you will accompany the entire sales process from listing maintenance, creation of reports, order processing, logistics follow-up, etc. This function is part of the Sales Organization DACH and we work closely with all areas and relevant internal departments as an interface to the customer.

• Support the Sales Support colleagues in the day-to-day business (processing customer/sales inquiries)
• Independent project work (e.g. analysis and sustainable improvement of customer-relevant processes)
• Support in monitoring and compliance with relevant KPIs
• Work on strategic projects beyond Sales Support

• Current studies in the field of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain / Logistics, etc.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, independent and structured working style as well as coordination ability
• Reliable work even under time pressure and the ability to overview complex issues
• The will to continuously drive things forward and improve them
• Customer orientation, communication, team and contact skills
• Business interest
• Fluent German and very good English skills
