Systematically plan sales coverage activities for the assigned customer at the designated territory.
Ensure effective coverage of customers by closely adhering to the Planned Annual Rate (PAR) call to ensure the minimum calls are met for the various categories of customers.
Responsible for calling customers at their offices and work sites/camps on a scheduled basis.
Promote the SDI Rental, Used, New, SEM and Parts & Services Merchandising Program such as CSA and SOS with the results and recommendations for each program promptly presented to customers.
Promote any parts sales and service sales campaign launched by the SDI and ensure all customers are aware and understand the benefits of these campaigns.
Ensure prompt and accurate reporting of customer/ equipment population, customer coverage/ call, lost sales, prospects, custom track service and machine inspection programme are carried out.
Report on competitive activities and all lost sales. Lost sales must be reported in SalesLink as they occur and submitted promptly.
Responsible for collection of overdue debts of all customer accounts assigned to and for keeping the customer's debts within his credit period on TIMELY basis.
Responsible to prospect for new customer to develop new business and customer base.
Refer all After Sales opportunities (parts & services) to immediate superior.
Participate in all trainings, meetings, briefing, certification etc to improve knowledge, skillset and competency.
