We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Brazil. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing key sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive significant growth in the region.
Minimum Qualifications:

Extensive experience as a sales executive and sales manager in the B2B enterprise market with a demonstrated history of success.

Proven track record of exceptional sales executive experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

Ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.

Demonstrated ability to drive the entire sales process from strategic planning to successful closure, with a strong focus on results.

Exceptional ability to articulate the unique value propositions of products and services and effectively position them against competitors.

Demonstrated success as a head of sales, with a history of developing and implementing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.

Fluency in both written and spoken English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Preferred Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in startup environments.

Experience in financial services, payment companies, or high-revenue merchants.

Experience working with frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
