Simpli.fi is currently looking for a results-driven Local Sales Director to accelerate new programmatic advertising revenue across local, regional, and SMB markets. This role is focused on building and closing a strong pipeline of new clients — including local agencies and brand-direct advertisers — by selling consultative, outcome-oriented digital and programmatic media solutions.

You will play a key role in shaping growth in rapidly expanding local/regional markets, leveraging a best-in-class programmatic platform. This position offers real ownership, strategic impact, and the ability to grow with a high-velocity sales team.

Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close new platform sales deals with local agencies and brand clients.

Build and execute a strategic outbound sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Develop tailored sales presentations and proposals that align the platform with client business goals.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success.

Maintain strong pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting using Salesforce or other CRM tools.

Conduct research to understand target accounts, decision-makers, and market opportunities.

Cultivate long-term relationships by presenting strategic digital campaign solutions and identifying expansion opportunities.

Proven track record in quota-driven sales, preferably in programmatic, digital advertising, or related SaaS platforms.

Experience building pipeline end-to-end — prospecting through close with measurable results.

Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and consultative selling principles.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Comfort with CRM systems and forecasting practices.

Ability to travel occasionally to meet clients in your region as needed.
