Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Singular, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy. You'll identify and qualify potential customers, serving as the first point of contact for prospects. This is a unique opportunity to develop your sales skills, work with a high-performing team, and advance your career in a fast-paced tech environment.

Research and identify potential customers using prospecting tools and databases.

Conduct efficient outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers.

Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining fit for Singular's solutions.

Book meetings and product demos for Account Executives.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in Salesforce and Apollo.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and messaging.

Exceed monthly and quarterly targets for activities, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.

Continuously refine outreach messaging using data and feedback.

Proactive, curious, and growth mindset.

1 to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation (B2B preferred).

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.

Strong collaboration skills effectively with internal stakeholders.

Ability to personalize messaging and handle objections confidently.

Experience in SaaS, adtech, or a related tech industry.

Comfortable using Salesforce, Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish and Portuguese.

Relevant sales or marketing certifications.

Experience achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
