Sales Representative
In the development and consolidation of our Wholesale activity, we are looking for a Sales Representative to manage and develop a client portfolio in the North West sector (14/22/28/29/35/37/41/44/45/49/50/53/56/61/72). This position plays a key role in achieving commercial objectives and expanding the brand's distribution channels. In close collaboration with commercial, marketing, finance, and customer service teams, you will be responsible for sales development, managing strategic accounts, and implementing Skechers' commercial strategy. You will contribute actively to the growth of revenue and the brand's visibility in your territory.

What You'll Do:
- Be the ambassador of the Skechers brand in your sector by ensuring excellent representation of collections, marketing tools, merchandising, and digital supports.
- Develop and manage a client portfolio composed mainly of sports networks and shoe retailers to achieve commercial objectives.
- Ensure the sell-in process with clients by building convincing sales arguments, identifying account needs, and developing lasting relationships.
- Actively participate in commercial trips, showroom presentations, and professional trade shows in your territory as well as internal meetings.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and commercial performances to propose strategic recommendations and identify new distribution channels.
- Organize and lead regular business reviews to ensure performance tracking, identify growth opportunities, and guarantee the execution of commercial plans.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and Customer Service teams to ensure proper follow-up of the order book, limit credit risks, and guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction.
What You'll Bring:
- 5 years of experience in a field sales role, in the sports or footwear industry, with good knowledge of the running network/sports specialists.
- Strong relationship skills and excellent communication with varied stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Excellent negotiation, commercial development, and key account management skills.
- Very good ability to analyze commercial data and aptitude to identify market trends.
- Strong results-driven culture with a proactive, solution-oriented, and customer service approach.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with great autonomy in managing the activity.
Requirements:
To succeed in this position, the candidate must be able to execute all essential missions autonomously and professionally.
- Driving license B required.
- Availability for frequent travel in the assigned sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professional level of English to communicate with international teams.
