Sales Coordinator
Skeleton is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Coordinator to support the sales team from PO to invoicing, coordinating order handling, and acting as the bridge between sales and supporting functions such as supply chain, procurement, and operations.
Your responsibility areas:
- Support the Sales Team throughout the order-to-cash process — from purchase order entry to invoicing.
- Enter and update orders accurately in the ERP system, ensuring correct product, quantity, and delivery details.
- Coordinate deliveries with Supply Chain and the warehouse to ensure timely shipments and accurate documentation.
- Prepare and monitor invoices according to delivery terms, and follow up with Finance on payment status.
- Assist in customer onboarding, supplier setup, and maintaining up-to-date information in relevant systems.
- Track order progress and resolve discrepancies, working closely with Procurement, Operations, and Logistics.
- Handle customer claims and returns in cooperation with internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
- Contribute to process improvements within sales coordination and order handling.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular updates to the Sales Team and other departments.
- Provide backup support for team members during absences.
