Skello is recruiting Sales Development Representatives to help the different professionals we target (hospitality and industry). From the manager of a restaurant to the human resources director in a hotel group, your mission will be to accompany them towards success by providing solutions.
Our sales team represents a key team in the growth of Skello. By joining this team, you become the first line of the sales cycle. You will seek cold prospects, identify and attract the best commercial opportunities to support the executive sales team in their performance. Through tangible results, you will measure your impact on the company's growth and increase the customer portfolio. You will add value to our customers by addressing their daily problems and offering them an intuitive and reliable tool.
During your evolution in Skello, you will be accompanied by a Team Leader whose mission will be to guide you towards success. You will evolve within a demanding, enthusiastic, and ambitious team.
- Identify key actors in the market to which you will be assigned.
- Create sales opportunities with potential customers through different channels (cold calls, cold emails, etc.).
- Qualify the needs of the prospect and awaken their interest in Skello.
- Obtain an appointment for a product demonstration with your prospects for the Sales Executive team with whom you will work closely.
- Follow the progress of ongoing negotiations with Sales Executives.
- Participate in the evolution of sales processes and techniques: new prospecting techniques, help to increase market penetration rates, etc.
• Minimum 1 year of demonstrable sales closing experience in SaaS environments. Previous experience in HR solutions or tools will be highly valued.
• Previous experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Strong results orientation, with a focus on exceeding established objectives and KPIs.
• Excellent commercial skills, including negotiation, handling objections, and closing techniques.
• Ability to organize and manage time effectively to maximize daily productivity.
• Ability to prospect and generate leads, as well as identify new business opportunities.
• Experience in managing and rigorously tracking the sales pipeline.
• Ability to work autonomously as an individual contributor, while keeping in mind the importance of collaborating and summing efforts as part of a team.
• Native Spanish speaker and fluency in English.
