The Role

As Head of Sales, you will take responsibility for our global sales strategies and operations. Your main focus is on excellent execution – you will ensure that we provide a seamless and high-performance sales experience to our diverse customer base. In addition to operational tasks, you will also influence the company strategy by bringing in market and customer feedback and working closely with the product, growth, and technology teams.

This is not an average sales role – we are looking for a person with experience in Enterprise Sales who feels comfortable in a dynamic environment, thinks both strategically and operationally, and acts as a role model in sales. You will orchestrate the entire sales process, coach the team, and bring new perspectives to best serve our customers – from individual developers to large government organizations.

Your Tasks

Strategically

  • Building and maintaining relationships with resellers and integrators.
  • Collaborating with other departments to analyze market signals and influence company decisions on pricing, positioning, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Using customer and market data to optimize GTM strategy, including resource allocation and geographic focus.

Tactically

  • Leading and continuously improving the end-to-end sales process, including automation, content creation, and team development.
  • Coordinating the entire customer experience in sales in close collaboration with growth, product, and tech teams.
  • Leading the Customer Success Team, identifying upselling potentials and additional use cases beyond contract renewals.
  • Planning and allocating resources for upselling and renewal priorities based on data analysis.
  • Daily measurement and optimization of sales processes based on customer and team feedback.

Operationally

  • Managing the entire sales pipeline, testing and implementing new sales tactics to promote growth.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders within customer organizations to provide customized enterprise solutions.
  • Deep understanding of our products to act as a trusted advisor for customers.
  • Representing the company at industry events to build a network of partners and potential customers.
  • Coaching and mentoring the team with hands-on support and weekly guidance.

Who We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of sales experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role (preferably in SaaS or technology).
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a diverse customer base – from developers to government organizations.
  • Successful development and implementation of sales strategies and scaling of sales operations.
  • Experience in leading customer success or sales teams, with a focus on upselling, customer retention, and excellent customer experience.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to act as a competent product representative in front of customers.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments to share valuable market insights.
  • Proactive, data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization of sales performance.
