B2B-Sales Representative
We are a modern, growth-oriented collection agency focused on effective and fair debt collection for our clients. To expand our network, we are looking for a dedicated B2B sales representative with a passion for acquisition and long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Active acquisition of new clients in the B2B sector (SMEs, retailers, service providers)
- Advising potential customers on our collection services
- Participating in trade shows, networking events, and digital presentations
- Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in FinTech, collection, SaaS or LegalTech
- Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
- Independent, structured working style with entrepreneurial thinking
- Experience in cold calling and using CRM systems
- Fully equipped home office (desk, chair, strong internet connection)
- Laptop or PC with Windows operating system
Benefits
- Fixed salary: 2,200 - 2,800 EUR gross per month
- Commission up to 12% of the annual revenue of a client (after 12 months of service)
- Onboarding bonus: 150 EUR per client at contract start
- Quarterly bonus: 500 EUR for >= 5 clients won in the quarter

Example earnings:
5 clients at 25,000 EUR annual revenue = 125,000 EUR
--> 5% commission = 6,250 EUR (payment after 12 months)
--> Onboarding bonuses: 5 x 150 EUR = 750 EUR
--> Quarterly bonus: 500 EUR
