Job Description

We are looking for a new talent as a Sales Assistant (M/W/D) to strengthen our team in Karlsruhe!

In the heart of fashion retail, you will:

• Create a unique customer experience and foster long-term customer loyalty through authentic, personal, and service-oriented customer contact
• Continuously increase sales figures through proactive consultation and performance-oriented actions
• Actively implement company-wide visual merchandising and image standards in the store
• Ensure structured warehouse organization in accordance with internal processes and guidelines
• Continuously develop your professional and personal skills through regular participation in training, store meetings, and workshops
