AWM WoundCare Sales Team Manager

We are looking for an experienced AWM WoundCare Sales Team Manager to join S+N in the Advanced Wound Management department. The role will be mainly responsible for sales management and development as well as the leadership for a group of Territory Managers based in Poland.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Lead and develop the Wound Care sales channel by defining and executing a strategic sales plan that drives sustainable growth, expands the customer base, and strengthens market presence
- Manage, coach, and motivate the Wound Care sales team (Territory Managers) to achieve individual and team sales targets through regular performance reviews, field visits, and ongoing development aligned with corporate standards
- Identify sales opportunities, set clear objectives and priorities, and oversee territory and account action planning to improve overall sales performance and execution
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders, while effectively managing internal and external partnerships across departments
- Oversee sales operations including pricing, forecasts, margins, revenue and expense reporting, and provide accurate sales forecasts and insights to senior management
- Monitor market trends, emerging opportunities, competitor activity, and new product developments, and recruit new team members when required to support business growth
What Will You Need To Be Successful?
- Strong commercial acumen and business understanding, with the ability to manage and grow a portfolio of reimbursed products in a competitive market environment
- Proven track record of driving the full sales cycle from strategic planning to successful close, supported by solid industry knowledge and market expertise
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the credibility to engage effectively at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders. Good business English skills required.
- High energy, resilience, and agility, with a strong results-driven mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including effective mentoring, coaching, and people management, while consistently upholding company values and compliance standards
- Strong understanding of open market dynamics, market trends, and public tender procedures, combined with curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to challenge conventional thinking
