Are you a person who is passionate about health and fitness and also a customer service professional? Are you confident in doing fitness consultation and close the session? We are currently seeking an associate to work in our state of the art Snap Fitness Facilities in Richmond, TX. The successful candidate will be front and center working with all aspects of the membership and training process in both facilities. You must also be willing and able to complete a nationally recognized certification program to become a fitness professional within the first 6 months of employment. Upon completion, you will be working with our members as a wellness coach in addition to customer service duties. Duties include front desk membership sales and service and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for our members. Upon completion of certification, you will complete fitness assessments and teach functional training classes as well as individual training to ensure the achievement of health and wellness goals of our members. You will be required to go through a training process before handling assessments on your own based on experience. All employees are required to take part in outside Marketing, Promotional Events, and Gym events to help build your clientele. We are looking for someone fun, outgoing, and has creative ideas.
