Inside Sales Associates needed in Carrollton for a Door Manufacturer!

Monday to Friday

8am to 5pm or 7am to 4pm

$24.00 to $28.00 per hour (DOE)

Job Summary:

Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales by building and maintaining customer relationships, generating leads, asking for referrals and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves working closely with clients, business owners, contractors, distributors and architects to understand needs and recommend appropriate door solutions. The Sales Associate will collaborate with the sales team and other departments to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Pursue sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails and in-person meetings Understand clients' needs and recommend door products Prepare and present quotes, proposals and product demonstrations Follow up on leads Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, builders, architects and distributors Address customer inquiries, resolve issues and provide post-sale support Coordinate with production and shipping departments to confirm product availability and delivery schedules Stay informed about door manufacturing trends, product features and industry developments Participate in product training sessions to deepen knowledge Monitor competitors' products and pricing to stay competitive Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and orders Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts Collaborate with accounting team to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with customers on overdue invoices via phone, email or written communication Identify opportunities to upsell or cross sell additional products Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the sales team and company

Qualifications:

HS Diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of experience in sales; preferably in manufacturing, building materials or related industry Experience in door manufacturing or construction sales a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Effective negotiation and closing skills Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Sage 50 experience a plus Customer focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service Bilingual: English/Spanish a plus Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
