- The Account Development Team at Snorkel is responsible for generating qualified pipeline through Inbound and Outbound motions to progress through the sales funnel - The team's main goal is to generate new closed revenue for Snorkel.AI by consistently achieving monthly and quarterly pipeline quotas - A key aspect of the role involves conducting strategic research-based outbound prospecting using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator - ADRs work closely with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline that will lead to closed-won revenue - The role requires conducting comprehensive discovery conversations with prospects, leveraging sales qualification methodology, and effectively communicating Snorkel's differentiation and value to potential clients

- Highly intelligent, self-motivated, and competitive individuals with 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in Account/Sales Development - Strong business acumen, communication skills, emotional intelligence, and confidence are essential for success in this role - Individuals with a measurable track record of success against target goals and a high trajectory in their career - Ability to strategize and prospect into a large list of targeted accounts effectively - Must be coachable, driven, and have a high motor to excel in this fast-paced environment
