Sales Development Representative Team's Mission

We are looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDR) with the drive and passion to contribute to the expansion of our Korean operations. The role of an SDR involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify new clients and build pipelines. This position offers an excellent growth opportunity for those looking to build a career in sales, with a passion for Snowflake's technology and team, and a preference for proactive action.

The Impact You Will Make

Directly find and contact new clients, listen to their challenges and needs, and explain the benefits of Snowflake products to set up initial appointments with sales representatives.

Manage your sales activities through CRM tools like Salesforce, and approach new clients at the right time.

Collaborate with sales representatives to prioritize new companies and identify target decision-makers through new and existing channels.

Approach companies based on the new client list prepared by the marketing team to secure initial appointments with sales representatives.

Who You Are

Experience in direct communication with clients for at least one year, either as a new customer developer or sales engineer.

Ability to communicate with all positions in new clients.

Flexibility to adjust work content and priorities as needed.

Self-management skills (time management, setting up self-initiated plans).

Track record of consistently meeting sales KPIs.

Ability to adapt to rapid changes in a startup environment and the right attitude.

Team player attitude with a willingness to share learning with colleagues.

Willingness to acquire new product knowledge and apply it to work.
