Soccer Shots Colorado Springs Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated, go getter to help us continue growing in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas! Soccer Shots our goal is simple: to be the premier intro-to-soccer program in the Colorado Springs area and to do so in such a way that it leaves a lasting impact on the youth we serve! Soccer Shots works with preschools, daycares, elementary schools and parks throughout the Colorado Springs area. We offer a quality, high-energy soccer program with curriculum-based instruction presented in a fun way! Our creative curriculum emphasizes soccer skills as well as character development, which transcends the game itself. Soccer Shots COS is looking for a Sales Representative to help grow our program.

It is the Sales Representative's responsibility to grow enrollments at our current locations, both in schools/daycares and public parks, as well as selling into new schools/daycares and finding suitable parks for our program's needs.

1. Prompt, reliable, and professional communication while working a flexible schedule
2. Meet weekly, seasonal, and annual goals
3. Go above and beyond to sell, promote, and market our program prior to each season while still maintaining current accounts
4. Provide excellent customer service to all customers and partners
5. Adhere to all company policies and represent Soccer Shots with professionalism and integrity
6. Coach high energy and fun soccer classes as needed
7. Finding and attending community events to help grow our program

Role/Classification: Typical, expected working hours are generally between Monday through Saturday, between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm and some Sunday mornings, approximately 9-12pm. The position may require one to stand, run, walk and communicate in an outdoor environment through duration of work assignment. This is a flex schedule, so weekends, evenings, and early mornings are needed.

Compensation: Starting at $17 per hour in training, hourly + commissions / additional bonus opportunities, discretionary bonuses + stipends, paid time off (vacation, sick leave, etc.) - after position transitions to full-time, coffee, lunch, and more on us!
