Your responsibilities on the project will be:
Hunter responsibilities:
- Participate in events/conferences/roadshows to obtain the leads (traveling onsite and online)
- Collaborate with SDR team to nurture the prospects and convert them in opportunities
- Lead the pre-sales process from A to Z, until the deal is signed
- Proactively reach out to previous clients/prospects to explore opportunities for renewed collaboration.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reporting on closed activities and achievements.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system (hubspot) and prepare regular reports on sales activities.
Farmer responsibilities (after 6 months and deals are closed, these responsibilities are added to the hunters):
- Monitor Delivery team performance and implement strategies for account growth, including proactive upsale.
- Close work with Delivery team in identifying upselling opportunities and presenting tailored solutions to meet clients' evolving needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and past clients from IL, EU and US, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Support clients on every step of the recruitment process starting from job description discussion and until approving relevant candidates to start.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team/assigned recruiter to deliver high-quality candidates that match client requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on recruitment best practices. Facilitate successful agreements between clients and candidates.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing concierge level service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
You can be part of the following team: 2 leadgen team members, 1 SDR, 1 Head of Sales.
Our requirements to you:
- Proven track record of successfully working with B2B clients;
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs, including lead conversions, revenue targets, pipeline growth, and outbound engagement metrics.
- Have proven experience in engaging with C-level executives
- Proactively set up calls and meetings to develop lead opportunities
- Have experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and other sales enablement tools (apolo, linkedinhelper, lemlist, etc.)
- Have experience with Jira/CRM/Google Workspace/Slack
- Huge experience in hunting leads during events/conferences.
It's a plus if you have:
- Experience in DACH market (contacts and hunting approaches).
