- The role requires preparing and presenting regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Continuous improvement initiatives within the sales organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness will be driven by the director.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering, with an advanced degree preferred.
- A native Arabic speaker is essential for effective communication in the Middle-East market.
- The candidate should possess at least 15 years of successful experience in enterprise software sales and leadership.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a seasoned sales team is crucial, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
- Strong business-value understanding of process, GRC, and process mining technologies is necessary.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are required, along with a track record of building successful business relationships.
- The candidate should be adept at building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
