- The Renewals Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned renewal and customer retention goals.
- This role involves identifying, negotiating, and closing SaaS, Subscription, and Maintenance & Support renewals.
- The individual will engage in ongoing dialogue with customers to communicate the value of Software AG's products and services.
- Conducting risk analyses on the portfolio of renewals and associated contracts is a key responsibility.
- Keeping the Software AG CRM system updated with current and accurate information is essential throughout the renewal process.

- The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in SaaS, Subscription, or Maintenance & Support renewals.
- A strong background in interfacing with sales organizations and direct customer contact is essential.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage sales activities is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary, along with a professional demeanor.
- A self-motivated and organized individual with a proven track record in successful renewals or support service sales will thrive in this role.
