Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Studies, Marketing, Management or any related fields.
1-2 years' background in hotel sales and events is a must.
Can speak in Mandarin and is fluent in English.
Adaptable, flexible, and able to multi-task under pressure.
Knowledge of sales functions: qualification, negotiation, account management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent sales presentation, organizational and negotiation skills.
Passionate about customer service.
Proficient in MS Office and hotel systems like Opera and Delphi.
