We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to empower our sales and leadership team with information, data-driven insights, and recommendations. This role will provide analysis of performance metrics, market trends, and competitive intelligence to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do:
Market Analysis
Analyze sales data using Tableau and financial reports to uncover customer and product trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Mine GovSpend and other databases to assess customer spend, competitor pricing, and distributor market penetration—supporting fast, informed bid and proposal development.
Proposal Support
Maintain RFP/RFQ content repository, including product cross references, and collaborate with internal teams (Regulatory, Product Management, etc.) to support proposal completion.
Run Salesforce CRM reports to assist sellers with joint business planning and presentation materials.
Use data generated from market analysis to support fast informed bid and proposal development.
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
Operational Reporting
Use SAP and other platforms to generate inventory reports and conduct open order/backorder analysis to flag potential service risks.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM and reporting systems.
Partner with sales leadership to support forecasting, pipeline analysis, and win/loss tracking.
Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting for cross-functional teams.
What You'll Bring:
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and brings a mix of technical expertise and business acumen:
Analytical & Technical Skills
Proficiency in Tableau, Excel, and data visualization tools
Experience with Salesforce (CRM) and SAP (ERP)
Strong data mining and reporting capabilities
Familiarity with GovSpend or similar market intelligence platforms
Business Acumen
Deep understanding of sales metrics and performance analysis
Knowledge of forecasting, pipeline modeling, and competitive intelligence
Experience supporting RFP/RFQ processes
Process improvement mindset
Collaboration & Communication
Ability to present insights clearly to sales leaders and cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines

The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,000.00 and $115,000.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
