Manages an assigned account base, or group of accounts, with the primary responsibility to create value for the assigned customers through the technical sales and service they provide; and identifying new product opportunities and selling to existing customers. A Sales Service Professional's sole focus is to maintain revenue, price capture and to improve gross profit. A Sales Service Professional may work on attaining new business for the District within an assigned Territory where appropriate, but that is not their primary assignment or job responsibility. This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and repair of chemical dispensing systems and leased equipment at customer locations, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. The Senior Sales Representative is tasked with ensuring customer satisfaction by consistently delivering Solenis's value proposition and meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs) for key applications, including laundry, kitchen, and housekeeping services. A key aspect of the role involves building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted partner in ensuring their operational needs are met. This position leverages modern systems for communication, reporting, and auditing purposes, ensuring accurate tracking of service activities. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, self-motivated, and able to manage a variety of tasks independently while meeting critical service deadlines.
Performs a variety of activities which involve standard procedures. Gathers and manipulates common data, verifies adequacy and appropriateness; develops charts, diagrams, and standard reports. In technical or production positions, may also set up and operate standard electronic or mechanical equipment used to develop, produce and/or test products or process data.
Drive new sales from existing customers
