Develop potential customers, expand market coverage, and provide professional technical and product recommendations to achieve sales targets.
Conduct regular visits to distributor customers to maintain stable relationships. Prepare proposals using the full range of products and system solutions to meet customer requirements, delivering value-added products, services, and solutions.
Responsible for product quotations and demonstrations, managing inventory, placing orders, and handling accounts receivable matters.
Promote business development and communicate major business updates, events, and product information on behalf of the company.
Provide after-sales service and address customer issues with proper resolution. Deliver daily maintenance services including preventive inspections, on-site maintenance, emergency support, product delivery, equipment installation, customer claims, and other requests.
Provide proper training to customers on chemical usage and equipment maintenance to enhance satisfaction in product and equipment utilization.
Manage customer databases and prepare documents related to sales operations.
Conduct market research and evaluation, and collect and analyze competitor information.
Background in production and quality departments of food and beverage manufacturing plants; or sales experience in food and beverage industry equipment, chemicals, or auxiliary materials.
Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related fields preferred
1–3 years of experience in the beverage, dairy, alcohol, or food industry, or relevant sales experience
Strong interpersonal communication skills and proficiency in presentation skills
High initiative, sense of urgency, and positive attitude with the ability to handle business-related matters
Ability to apply problem-solving skills to address customer issues and implement improvements
Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with the team
Microsoft Office Proficiency in English communication and skilled in using Microsoft Office applications
