The Impact You'll Make in this Role

  • Building strong relationships in your territory's dental professionals for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, as well as to identify and pursue new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Work as a team player on our experienced Swedish Dental Solutions Sales team, which is supported by Marketing, Clinical, Key Account and Channel Team

As a Territory Responsible Person, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your designated region, ensuring that the company's market presence is continually expanding
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of competitive products and industry trends, enabling you to position Solventum offerings effectively
  • Identifying and resolving any issues or risks that may affect the account satisfaction or retention.
  • Complying with the ethical, legal, and contractual standards and policies of the company

Your Skills and Expertise

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with your territory clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the market trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Excellent team working skills and ability to collaborate with in the cross-functional teams
  • Efficient time management skills are crucial for balancing client meetings, traveling, administrative tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Sales or Dental Degree and at least 5 years of experience in sales, or other customer facing function in Health Care sector.

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
  • Current, valid Driver's License.

Work location: Sweden – Göteborg region

Work Type: Hybrid Eligible - Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel.

Travel: May include up to 80%

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
