The Impact You'll Make in this Role: As a Sales Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading the business by meeting all the relevant stakeholders
  • Implementing the company strategy and driving revenue growth and achieving the objectives set by the organization
  • Determining the opportunity for upselling and cross selling to achieve sales objective
  • Supporting the team and channel partner in resolving issues of day-to-day business
  • Willingness to be on-call whenever sought for any help by customer and colleagues

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher AND minimum 5 years of experience as KAM/ Sales Manager.

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • 5 years of Key Account Handling
  • 2 years of Government Account Handling

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • [Master's] degree/ MBA in Marketing from an accredited institution
  • Skills include communication and coordination, interpersonal relationship building, sales and negotiation, strategic thinker and problem-solving

Work location: Bangalore, India

Hybrid Eligible

Travel: May include up to working in any location in India

Must be legally authorized to work in a country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
