Sales Representative In Dental

Solventum is recruiting an amazing Sales Representative in Dental to grow Orthodontic sales in Victoria. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing the business plan aligned with the company growth strategy. We are looking for an individual that creates a culture of sales excellence through a growth and customer first mindset that will enhance the performance and results of our sales team and provide the best outcomes for practitioners and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales target achievement through generation of sales opportunities, conducting sales calls and lead follow through.
  • Utilising CRM (Salesforce) functionality to capture, identify, and generate opportunities from our existing customer base.
  • Increase Solventum profile in the dental marketplace and build brand loyalty through a customer first approach.
  • Become an expert in clinical data and promote effective use of Solventum products.
  • Continued personal growth through career planning and training.

Key Criteria:

  • Both Dental and sales backgrounds are preferred to understand customer's needs, processes and predict customer's next behaviors.
  • Drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to plan for time optimisation in territory management.
  • Proactive and agile response to customer needs and requests.
  • Focus on continuous learning.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • High level of interdependence, can-do attitude, self-motivation, flexibility, and adaptation to change.
  • Ability to travel (role will require in state travel and may also require interstate travel).
